Wish I could give this team 0 stars. Current resident. Inattentive, takes weeks or months to fulfill maintenance requests or even respond to texts or emails, oh but if you’re late on rent because you haven’t been paid yet, they won’t hesitate to threaten legal action! When shot appliances are finally replaced they are covered in dirt and leaves like they were taken straight out of a junkyard, which leaves a mess in the house for the tenants to clean up.
