Javier at Golden Law Auto was amazing at helping me with my car, my car had mechanical problems at 11:30pm I took a chance and called and within 25min Javier was there to help. Amazing!
Updated 4/17/24 Last Summer I took my 2013 Infiniti G37 to Golden Law Auto repair. Unfortunately, my experience was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. The communication was lacking and I didn’t feel like my concerns were being taking seriously. The repairs were not completed properly, and we had to take the car to other repair shops as the car faltered as soon as we drove it to Tennessee from Florida. ALERT! ALERT! SCAM ARTIST! DO NOT USE! UNTRUSTWORTY, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CAN’T DO THE JOB.
The mobile mechanic here, Javier rushes through jobs... tries to fix issues, finally fixes a major issue after a couple visits... but then an oil leak from bad work; more significantly our transmission was severely damaged shortly after he worked on our car. Even a simple fuel line that he repaired broke again after about 3 weeks.
