First time customer of this location. ( I typically frequent two other Jamaican restaurants on this street, however know Golden Krust to have a good reputation). The worker was friendly, however my first issue, was that I ordered from the pictured menu an item listed as a #2. When u order things, u expect it to be as pictured unless they specifically say, drink sold separately. I expected a combo of sorts and really a drink as that’s how it advertised. The person that took my order seemed to have a serious attitude. I ignored that because I just wanted my food. But they should work on customer service. It's not really a sit down spot per say. Most people pick up their food and go home to eat.

I would like to know why this restaurant charges an extra 10% SERVICE CHARGE without disclosing it to their Customers? I believe they're taking advantage of the Caribbean community because they're the only Caribbean bakery on Long Island.

I expected more from a Golden Krust franchise. This was below Golden Krust standards. Food quality can be better and professionalism too. Restaurant appearance need some work and equipment looks dated. Credit to the team there to be still cooking good food regardless.
