Food is always fresh, and service good. This is one of the best Golden Krust Caribbean Bakery. Five Stars
Food was Ok Golden Krust doesn't refill soda and charges a $1:49 for a large cup. Service was extremely slow especially for food that is already cooked. There is no price list or menu posted. When I asked the employee how much for a meal they looked confused. The set up remindeds me of the food court at the mall. I bought 12 dollars worth in patties and 2 coco bread......when I got home the coco bread was definitely past it sell by date cause there was mold on it......
Ordered a large rice & peas ($4.50). They charged me 9:50 & said price listed on menu was wrong. Didn't even have the courtesy to tell me that in advance (almost like a bait and switch) Then got an attitude when I said I want the size for the price listed. I was really surprised at their demeanor. As it is their fault for not changing the price on the menu, the should have given me the large portion for the price listed. Very bad customer service!
I am so glad that this restaurant has finally moved to Hollywood. The food is a bit salty (which I have spoken to management about) but the service is good, the staff friendly, management accommodating. I enjoy their soups which is usually why I visit the restaurant.
Horrible customer service, I've been a faith ful patron of many other locations but this location will not see anymore business from me. The servers were laughing and carrying on as I tried to question what the specials were and just rude to the point I left. Will continue to use a different location although this is closer to my home.
Horrible Service at this location. Food is just ok, they don't appreciate or care about customers at all. I Would rather drive 15 miles to orlando!
Great Food Love the food. $4.99 for a lunch special that includes a soda can't be beat. Lunch time crowd is a killer. I go a little early or a little late.
These people actually think that they are doing the customer a favor. They have no customer service skill, they are rude and nasty. They need to get an attitude transplant.
