I purchased a mattress from your store after specifically explaining that I suffer from back pain and needed a mattress that would help reduce it. Based on your recommendation, I bought the mattress you suggested, but it is extremely firm and honestly feels like sleeping on the floor. I would recommend that your staff receive better training on matching mattresses to customers’ needs, especially when it comes to issues such as back pain. I bought a mattress from this place 8 years ago. Not only was the customer service above and beyond, but my mattress is still very comfortable and I love it.
