Total liars, bought an iPhone 7 and was told it was brand new but I still asked if the agent was sure and she assured me it has never been used or touched...I accidentally spilled water on the phone while working and to my surprise a WATER PROOF phone became water damaged!! How does a brand new iPhone 7 become water damaged if its waterproof sealing was not tampered with during a screen repair??
