1st experience was long wait and then felt rushed while in room. Then the billing dept messed up and I had to go through tons of calls/paperwork to correct. So, I go to make an annual appointment, a little over a year later, and it is like jumping trough hoops. They have to know the exact name of medicine to refill even though my chart is there, I have to provide the specific name of birth control. Asked if my pharmacy could fax it, she stated that no longer accepts them...terrible
This is the second time I've brought one of my parents to see Kelly since their regular physician retired and the first time, I let things pass as everyone has a bad day, but having the same exact experience the next time is just ridiculous. Our appointment was at 10:00, we were called back at 11:35. We had to wait an additional 20 minutes after the nurse left for Kelly to come in and when she tried to reorder the same tests she'd already ordered a month before for the flu, enough is enough!
