My family and I got rings here and we love them! The owner was very helpful and kind! She made sure everyone was completely satisfied with their ring/ was very gentle and knowledgeable about the product! Even gave us restaurant recommendations! Golden Isles Bracelet has a fine reputation. However, my last visit will be my final attempt at resolution. I am a repeat customer and had asked for a custom bracelet in early May. In my presence, the specific details were written down and a call was made to the designer to confirm he was able to complete a bracelet.
