Friday classes are a bit fast paced for beginners but if you can keep up they do practice a lot. Saturday drum class is super fun. Also as a plus sized person I don't feel shamed or like I don't belong. These are a very welcoming and nice group of women.

You won’t find a sweeter instructor or a better group of people. Everyone from all walks of life, all ages, all body types and all physical abilities and skill levels are embraced and encouraged and always have a great time together. Positive vibes only with this fun group!
