Really appreciate the staff here. Velocity has a great facility with a super group of helpful and friendly people. We flew in for lunch and borrowed a car. The car was new and clean. The bathroom was very clean. We had such a nice time and a great laugh before departure. They pick you up and take you back to your plane in a nice golf cart!

Flew in with my son. As we were preparing for departure our plane would not start. Staff was very helpful in every way possible. They helped me get in touch with Kirk at Palmetto Aviation and towed my plane down to his shop the next morning. They allowed me to use there car to pick up a part in Jacksonville. Thank You Staff for your kindness and friendly service.
