I asked to speak to owner the lady said she was a manager. After going back and forth with me. Never got the owner on phone. They set me two long text messages never answer any of my questions or concerns.

I have a refrigerator I bought from Lowe's, with a 5 year warranty. This company is one that Lowe's scheduled for a repair. Unfortunately the communication was unprofessional and the company failed to keep the appointment or respond to my attempts to further schedule with them.

I could ask you to allow me to give them a -5 star, yes a MINUS5! They’ve been unprofessional from the Get Go. They lied and told me that my husband gave them the wrong model and serial number. My husband has never spoken with them. Their communication is absolutely horrible. Luckily they were fired since they never showed, nor are they willing to even receive phone calls. I wish I didn't have to actually give them a star in order to leave a review!! LG commissioned them to fix my dishwasher. My first appointment: between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm, the repairman "James" did not fix the dishwasher. I had to call their offices and I had to wait for a week for another appointment slot "someone in my area". Second appointment: one week later, between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm, the repair man did not show up, did not call.
