I went to this shop on 11-19-2025 strictly to get a regen done on my truck — nothing more. Then they suddenly tried to charge me $975 without giving any clear explanation. When I questioned the charge, they told me they had bypassed my outlet NOx sensor without even asking for my permission. When I refused to pay for something I never authorized, they tried to intimidate me and even threatened to call the police. Driving through Boise, Idaho and my Crankshaft Damper decided to break off Not only did it break off, but it also created a ton of additional damage. Given me a total repair bill costing way more than I wanted to spend. (Rush Truck Centers are straight crooks). Pressed into a desperate situation, I ok'd Rush to proceed with repairs.
