I just got my nostril pierced about 20 minutes ago. I had texted earlier and we scheduled a walk in appointment. Both of them were absolutely amazing, they made the experience as easy and enjoyable as possible and I LOVE that. Jake especially made the experience effortless. 1,000% recommend this piercing studio, especially piercer Ali! Got a very sensitive VCH piercing and the staff was extremely professional, the facility was clean, the process was explained in detail and the jewelry options were wonderful. I was a bit nervous for a sensitive area piercing so my husband and sister were permitted to accompany me. Will definitely be returning for jewelry changes once healed. Ali even offered to build me custom pieces! Unable to share photos due to area of piercing.

Jake was absolutely phenomenal with my young daughter. He was so patient and kind and explained everything to her. Even though she was too afraid to get her ears pierced in the end, he was never forceful and always understanding. We will definitely be back when she is ready.
