My daughter lost her earring, which we bought from this shop. We drove down to Dayton thinking we could walk in and get a quick replacement. We got to the door and called and the person responding said we need to schedule an appointment, which there were none available until Wednesday. We do not need a 45 minute appointment for 20 dollars. We know exactly what we need, without any support other than a person to check us out. Poor customer service and won’t be going back. Hannah was informative and helpful, making sure we knew what to expect. Olivia, the owner, was gentle, skilled, and made us feel at ease. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, showing how much they care about their clients. Visited from out of town and heard about an amazing piercing studio. I had to get an appointment to be able to guaranteed service. Appointment day I went in for a new jewelry piece for my ear. I was helped by one of the counter staff! They were very helpful and sweet! Their jewelry selection is TOP TEIR & QUALITY!!!
