Great food, great people. Normally these places don't spend a lot of time on the sides but the sides of golden hour were great. Obviously the meat is the star however. I would have preferred a sauce that was more spicy
I've dined in twice at this restaurant and had take out for a family dinner. Having lived in Texas for 30 years, I have high expectations when it comes to barbecue. I expect meat so tender it falls off the bone with a nice smoke ring and excellent flavor. This is the only barbecue restaurant outside of Texas that meets my expectations. It is superb. There aren’t enough stars on this review to express what this venue did for our wedding. After being flooded out at our first venue, they helped us last minute figure out how to still have the wedding go on. The service was excellent. The venue was far more than we could have ever asked for in the situation we were in. 20 out of 10 recommend this venue for anyone needing a place. You will not be disappointed.
Amazing food!
Great BBQ spot! The meat was tender, smoky, and full of flavor, and the sides were delicious too. Friendly service and a relaxed atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit if you love good American BBQ!
