My parents toured this facility and the Meadows also. They choose the Meadows so much better vibe. Polite staff at the Meadows made a point to say hi or speak to them. Golden Horizons staff was rude. Phone ringing and staff there and dont answer the phone. Meadows had activities going on and alot of residents there at Golden Horizons 2 residents coloring. Meadows nice and clean. Golden Horizons was dirty and smelled!

TERRIBLE facility father died from not receiving coumadin medication for weeks. Had a stroke! Staff is unpleasant and lazy! Administrator is just there for the money! Bad Administrator makes for bad staff and incompetent care! DO NOT ADMIT LOVED ONE!
Worse eldercare facility ever!!! Father was in Golden Horizons worthington facility and never received his coumadin medication had a stroke because of this. We just barriied him. Do not admit loved.ones! Staff is terribly incompetent!
So unhappy with Worthington Golden horizons. My dad was not receiving his coumadin and he had a stroke. We just barried him yestetday. The RN in charge was so incompetent. But it cost my dad his life! .
I recently moved out of Golden Horizons worthington. The staff was rude and uncaring. The activities did not exist and the food was terrible. Sorry for residents still there.
Golden Horizons in Worthington mn has gone down hill the last year. Person in charge has a hard time caring to do her job. Smoking is more important. Not a caring nurse. We admitted our mother in the Meadows across the street a much better environment
