Terrible place to live! Rotten staff and administrator she is new and very lazy! Moved my loved one into the Meadows after asking around and touring this place!
My dad was admitted at Golden Horizons worthington mn facility he sid not get his coumadin medicine. He had a stroke and died! We just barried him please dont admit your loved one! Terrible place!
