This builder did not install drip cap flashing on the front windows of our house. How they missed this is beyond me. Water leaked behind vinyl siding damaging wood siding and rotting wood. It cost over $8000 to repair. Contacted a Gary Irene and he said to contact home owners insurance. Home owners insurance does NOT cover manufacturing defects. Gary refused to do anything about it. This customer review is from a home owner that is not the original owner sold to. The home was built and sold in the year of 2000, which puts it out of any warranty period for new construction. That being said, the original owner never issued a concern or problem with the home, nor has any other customer of homes built in this development.
