I've been here for just under 5 years and love it. It's a small park tucked away in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The location is amazing - just a few miles away from multiple front range trails, less than a mile from downtown Golden/Clear Creek trail, and easy highway access all at the same time. The rent saw a sharp increase in 2021 when the original local owners sold the park, but it's been stable at ~$1100 since the community bought the park in 2023, while nearby lot rents are still soaring to $1300+. Just sold 40%+ rent increase "ouch". 6/30/23 update: park just sold for over 8.9 million more than double of initial purchase a few years ago. good news??? Lot rent will now lock in at just less than double from initial costs. the community effort to purchase the park created artificial inflation in competition. Golden invested more than a million dollars, which didn't even prevent rent increase.
Needs new roads.
