The start there are super friendly and really care for you and their workers. Amazing people!
I'm looking forward to moving into my new host home providers house, my current one we've been having a lot of issues otherwise I would say that Golden Heart is pretty fair when it comes to their clients.
Providers needs come 1st. Providers spend more time with family/ friends. Than they do, doing their jobs. They don't socialize their clients they expect you to give up basic safety precautions to get something you ask for . You actually give up more and more 24/7 home clients are left alone for several hours(4-8-9) hours by then selves and all clients insurances are paying these people to not be where they're supposed to be. I enjoy worked with this company and being apart of this team. Supervisors are very helpful and show they care for the clients and staff !
