Jake seemed prompt and professional up front, but as the project progressed we saw problems. They installed a transition piece incorrectly and during a storm last summer mid way through the project they had left for the weekend (with rain in the forecast) and we started having water leaking into our dining room. No, unfortunately this review isn’t a mistake. You did a roof and gutter job on our home summer of 2020. While I’m pleased with the roof, the gutter job earned the one-star review. The gutters leaked constantly after your crew installed them and portions were put on upside down and backwards. When we told you about it, you said the gutters were as good as they were going to get because they were cheap from the beginning.
