Drs were fine but they are continuing to bill me illegitimately after I have contacted my insurance to confirm & them to notify. It's a time suck and will make me hesitate to go to the emergency room next time, which is ridiculous.
Went here about a year ago. Paid $500 for the visit which wasn’t the issue. Instead I didn’t know here was another $100 payment that was separate and I was never made aware of until over a year after when it was sent to debt collectors. Tried calling got multiple numbers and they never answered the phone. It rang for two minutes no matter the day I called. Made aware to HR, hope it changes.
