Excellent service and care. Dr. Miller and her staff are extremely professional, caring and welcoming. I was visiting from Florida and an issue occurred that required a dental evaluation. I was accepted as a visiting patient and received optimal care. I really encourage those living in the Fairbanks area to consider this dental practice.
I love this clinic! The doctor and the assistant/hygienist are wonderful. For me, it’s a big plus that the entire team is women. I feel so comfortable coming here every time. My first visit was just a cleaning and check-up, which was fully covered by Tricare. At my next appointments, I had four fillings done and paid only $300 with insurance. I really appreciate that they gave me a clear quote before starting the work!
We went here for my daughter’s first ever dentist appointment - 1 year! I would highly recommend them! The dentist came out the second we were there and brought us back. Most of it was just talking, then my daughter sat in my lap with legs around my waist and the dentist sat in front of me and we laid my daughters head on her lap to look in her mouth. This place is trash. My girl friend needed her tooth pulled because it was infected and they didn’t do anything but give her ibuprofen! Like she was in severe pain from nervous system issues in her teeth and they couldn’t even pull a tooth. All they want is ur insurance and ur co pay and that’s it. They are not for the people!.. they are for the money and that is it. They are trash and also Fairbanks medical system!!!
