In Champaign IL today hit my fav Chinese place south of Chitown. Always something new to try here, today dry hot pot with duck, who knew! Only level 3/5 heat but tons of flavor. It's gonna be 3 meals! Love the chef!

What a unique dining experience! This Chinese restaurant in Champaign,IL operates on a self-service model that keeps costs down—they don’t charge tips, only a very small cleanup fee. When you walk in, you grab a menu, notepad, and pen, find your own table, write down the menu item numbers you want, then bring your order to the cashier and pay. They have an impressive variety of dishes—almost every Chinese or Taiwanese item you can think of is on the menu. The portions are huge, easily double what you’d get at most restaurants. The food is delicious and tastes very authentic overall.
