I normally love my hair every time I visit this shop, and I’ve always appreciated the quality of the work. However, during my most recent visit, the main braider came across as very rude and dismissive, which made the experience uncomfortable. I would like to recognize the young lady who assists with the Boho braids because she is absolutely excellent.
