We rang to ask the price of a room for two adults. The price was higher than what we could book it for on Expedia so we said we would book it through Expedia and the male staff member said “whatever” and hung up on us so we took our money elsewhere.
The lights weren't very strong. Bathroom stank. No butterknifes.
Next door to the Big Golden Guitar, tourist information centre, guitar and wax museums, Longyard pub, and many shops nearby. The staff were friendly, the rooms clean and comfortable. Thank you.
Good locational, clean and tidy but the beds are very hard, I took my own pillow but if I ever had to stay again I'd take a mattress topper too
