Lovely food very polite service really enjoyed the lamb chops
This was our second time eating here. The first time we ordered fish, and it was far too salty. This time we ordered the lamb qozi, but there was hardly any meat. If they had run out of the proper dish, they should have told us instead of serving it anyway. We even mentioned that it wasn’t good, and the staff member just said, “Sorry,” but that didn’t make any difference. Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience again, and it will be our last visit.
The rice was nice, but the lamb kuzi was terrible—it was just bones and no meat. When we complained, the staff just said sorry and did nothing to fix it. They did not offer a replacement. Waste of money.
Very disappointing experience today. The food was of very poor quality and not acceptable. We informed the staff, but they neither replaced the dish nor offered any discount or apology. I expected much better service and won’t be returning unless this is addressed
