Normally we are pleased with the food. Always have ordered take away since the staff is so rude. Last night, our order was missing several key items (rice, sauce for sweet and sour chicken) and the sushi was subpar for once. Prob will reconsider going back until we hear better news.
Absolutely terrible customer service. First week back, and they have no idea what they're doing. 30 minutes turned into 60. They lost my ticket, and didn't even know that my order still wasn't ready until I asked about it. Meanwhile, orders that were called in after mine, and orders that were even larger than mine, we're being completed. It's as if they forgot about me.
