Amazing!!! Scratches my Polish/Russian itch.
We very much like this deli. They carry some wonderful produce of Estern European and Caucasus origin. We shop there at least once every week for several years now. Among our favorites are items cooked by Sveta, the store owner, like meat blintzes, salads, and especially malosoleny pickles. The deli is conveniently located off Braiswood and Chimey Rock and the ambiance is very friendly. Highly recommend.
Golden Grain is THE BEST Russian food store in Houston, we just had a very nice dinner with Golden Grain food and the food and dinner were outstanding, we highly recommend Golden Grain, everything is OUTSTANDING! Bill and Danielle Gottfried
Friendly owners, large selection of products, and awesome pastry!
The food is simply fresh and delicious. I love the mushroom soup and the cabbage rolls. The couple who owns the store are always friendly and makes sure I leave with a smile.
