The worst wedding venue experience ever. Bar staff had no idea how to make drinks. Two ingredient drinks were made wrong and all drinks had to have a glass full of ice. No drinks could be neat. Tables were too close together for a buffet style and the place ran out of food with about 25 people not getting food. Staff had limited to no care there wasn't enough food and couple of staff were defensively rude.

The venue is gorgeous sure but the staff is what gets 5 plus plus plus stars from me! These guys are so freaking nice and accommodating. But yeah the venue is absolutely stunning both inside and out. The reception hall is climate controlled so when you’ve been out in the humidity sweating and miserable you’ll walk into total comfort. The space is very abundant so your guests aren’t cramped and there are multiple restrooms throughout. Once again though THE STAFF IS AWESOME!
If I could give zero stars, I would. Golden Glow Ballroom has the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Less than two months before our wedding, they suddenly tripled the amount they claimed we still owed; yes, tripled; because their manager admitted there was a “simple typo” in our original agreement. Instead of taking accountability for their own error, they expected us to just eat the extra cost with no warning, no apology, and no compromise.
