We called Golden Glove about a carpet issue and the owner came out with a worker the same day and spent about thirty minutes talking us through potential diy options and then also laid out their professional services. Very friendly, helpful, and honest. We ended up going the diy route and they didn’t even charge a call out fee for their time. The service they did offer was a very fair price and if we ever need professional carpet cleaning in the future they’ll be our first call.

Had a recent carpet steam cleaning & some settled stains came up due to re-wicking (I believe that’s the word they used), so they came back out & did another steaming & I also paid them to sanitythe carpet. The response to my concern about the staining still being slightly present was met with next day service. I would definitely refer Holden Glove to others. This was my 2nd time using Holden Glive & I have their number locked in my phone for future steaming & sanitizing.

We had our carpets cleaned as part of getting our house ready to sell, and David and Tre did an outstanding job! They arrived on time, were professional, courteous and worked efficiently from start to finish. Trey and David did a wonderful job of cleaning my carpet, the carpet looks brand new. Both men were very informative in answering all my questions. Both very polite and respectful. I highly recommend Golden Glove.
