Terrible they are incompetent , nasty, and rude. My father passed away on July 5th and I am so upset and feel as though this could have been prevented.

Incredibly rude staff! I called to ask information on a patient. First I said: Good morning, is this Golden Glades Nursing home? "THAT'S WHAT YOU CALLED, RIGHT?" I was only trying to verify that I called the correct number. "Well, THIS IS GOLDEN GLADES- WHAT DO YOU WANT?" I just want to verify information on a patient. "WHAT DO YOU WANT? I CANT HELP YOU MAM." I agree with the post below. My father passed away on Saturday. He was admitted to the hospital with respiratory distress. Come to find out, he had become sepsis at the nursing home and no one noticed until he was admitted to the hospital and it was to late. This nursing home should be shut down. A Nursing home is a home that provides quality nursing care. This home did the opposite, the did not care and provide comfort. THIS PLACE DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE A HALF OF STAR! IT IS NASTY, DIRTY, SMELLS AND FULL OF ROACHES. OUR FAMILY MEMBER HAD TO SLEEP WITH THE LIGHTS ON. SHE/HE WAS DUMPED IN THIS PLACE FROM A HOSPITAL OBVIOUSLY SOMEONE WAS GETTING A KICKBACK BECAUSE THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE CLOSED. IF YOU LOVE YOUR FAMILY MEMBER DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT SEND THEM HERE!
