A very disappointing housing group. Had numerous complaints with them and they always find a way to pass the book. From gutters to damp and mold. And when they eventually get the work done it's that bad you need to redo the jobs yourself.
Not the best housing someone should of come to aur property to fix a problem that was reported months ago when they finally came out they put a card threw the letterbox and said I'm sorry I missed you when my partner had looked out of the window the work man looked directly at her so he did know someone was in he didn't even ring the doorbell or knock on the door
Never known a company as bad as this.I have an electric cooker which is not working .The socket has blown and this is my only means of cooking.I have an autistic child who only eats certain foods and Torus don’t class this as an emergency absolutely disgusting
