The location in Novato is closed as of early May. There was no notice of this. Prior to this closure, they were mailing the prescriptions for free. Now the medication is being filled in New Jersey. Because it will take over a week to get, I have to pay for expedited shipping since I don't have enough medication to wait that long. I have an elderly 17 year old dog and order one of his congestive heart failure medications from here. Since it became Wedgwood, his pills which cost almost $100, consistently arrive partially disintegrated. Anywhere from 15–20% of the medication isn’t usable. I called to complain about the quality the first time it happened, and they assured me they work very hard to make sure that doesn’t happen and that they are good quality. The bottle containing my dogs emergency heart medication was completely unopenable, the top stuck, during a heart related incident. I called the pharmacy to express what happened and that I needed an emergency replacement ASAP, the product they sent was defective. The pharmacy seemed completely unbothered by this, which was very disturbing.
