Had to get tires in a rush as I was from out of town and was heaving back home. Just asked for tires that were rated for my truck. They were able to quickly get the new tires on. Found out the next morning from another tire shop that the tires they gave me were not rated for my truck. Immediately drove to golden gate and asked for my old tires to be put back on and a refund. They refused to do so stating that they were now used tires. Eventually refunded a third of what I paid for the tires and switched the tires back out. H... read more
