I Wish I could give them 0 stars. It's been over a year since my grandmother passed away. The funeral was held here, per her wishes. It's been over a year we haven't received her ashes or policy money. Please don't let them be the last ones to touch your loved ones. This is such a disgrace, they have been ducking and dodging ALL my calls. I'm Soo sorry granny I can't believe this ‼️.
Awesome staff and great customer service. Very professional and honest. They will go over and beyond the line of duty to ensure that you are satisfied with their services. Kudos 🌹🌹🌹
Please do not trust them to handle your love one. We were not able to see our love one until the day of the service. They did not do anything according to the process to what the VA. They took my flag and other things DO NOT USE THEM. They were so unprofessional.
