Jaime and his team helped move a very heavy commercial Precor treadmill down three flights of narrow twisty stairs from my third-floor apartment to a basement gym. They showed up on time, and obviously knew the specific treadmill model very well. They took it apart very carefully, and planned out their move to avoid damaging the machine, the walls, or the floors. I reached out to GG fitness repair to move an elliptical and a Hoist weight machine from one side of the house to the other. Both machines had to be disassembled to be moved. Jaime was prompt, courteous and very easy to work with. They got it done quickly, and even checked the operation of both machines and adjusted everything as necessary. Jaime came out to fix the belt on my treadmill that was stuck. He also went out of his way to adjust the level of the treadmill so it wouldn’t track again. Jaime went above and beyond to fix my treadmill. Would be happy to do business again in the future!
The guys were great! Carried my big old elliptical up the stairs and put it together. A SOL 35, it's all huge. They did it next day after call, were very professinal, and above all -- really nice! Good vibes, for shore.
