I stayed at The Strat and was happy until I saw and extra $350 charged to my credit card. I contacted The Strat and was informed that the smoking detector was slightly over the limit. The thing is that neither my girlfriend or I smoke or vape. When I contacted The Strat I was informed the the detector show that smoke detected at 5:49 am. and that even a lighter or candle can cause a smoke reading. We had already checked out at that time to catch and early flight. I will never stay at a GEI hotel again.
Gino, Nicole, Natasha are all unprofessional. They hired me and offered me a full time position then lied to me and said they no longer have full time only on call position available. They wasted my time and gas and Gino called me to confirm the full time position on Monday. They lie to you and expect you not to get upset when I am dealing with a hardship and needed that full time position. This behavior is unacceptable and needs to be addressed. Played different bars and casinos odds are terrible recently yhe Bounty tavern over 1100.00 played without. A 31.25 4 of a kind on same machine toral ripoff!!!
Wow, horrible management observed at several of their casinos in Laughlin, NV. Predatory and fraudulent consumer practices. I bet Vici Group will swoop in and rejuvenate Laughlin into a mini Vegas until then I’m staying far away from Golden Entertainment’s properties.
