I’ve stayed here about eight times and the rooms are always clean. The big lawn backing up to the train tracks and the pool with gas grills are also nice features.
No maid service, no breakfast, no coffee in room, not even a coffee paper cup! Clean but lacking in many amenities and not cheap!!!
No breakfast!! Can’t get coffee before 8 am but it’s not a deal breaker nice place and staff is very nice.
This is the view of Cathedral Ledge, just a short distance from the Golden Gables Inn.
I was disappointed that the outdoor jacuzzi was not working. They didn't skim the pool daily so swimming with dead bugs and pine needles was disappointing.
