I read the negative reviews before doing business with this company and unfortunately, I still decided to take the risk. That was the worst decision I could have made. From the beginning, it was clear that the employees were not on the same page. Every time I spoke to someone, I received different information. There was no coordination, no consistency, and no accountability. Unexpected charges kept appearing. Absolutely terrible experience. I will not be doing business with them ever again. There was a serious lack of communication, the service felt unprofessional and the entire process was frustrating from start to finish. I strongly recommend reading the reviews before choosing to work with them. Unfortunately in my case, the negative ones turned out to be accurate. Very disappointed with how this was handled. Update: still no answer
