Golden Fountain uses child labor and does not follow labor laws. I've been a loyal patron of Golden Fountain for 34 years. 3 weeks ago I was hired there as a server and instantly overwhelmed with the work load. I'm the only server for half my shifts, and have no others who share the load of what’s usually 10 tables. Working there was so grueling, with Qi Ruan (owner) telling me to be faster even though I was already taking more than my prescribed dosage for Adderall just to keep up.
