They are always making improvements to the property and since the new owners took over I haven't had a single complaint that wasn't handled quickly and professionally! I have lived there for almost 10 years and the rent increases have been minimal keeping the cost of living there very low for the residents. It's a great place to raise a family!
by far the worst Management team ever! mother in law bought a trailer from them and it's been nothing but nightmares. when doing the walk through the maintenance worker and manager Kim poked a hole in the roof. there is favorites among the community. they enjoy bullying people and causing drama. my mother in law was strong armed into having my husband and I move out by threats made by the manager. the management refuses to provide the number for the owner. they read their own meters for pg&e and WAY over charge certain peopl... read more
