Our son is autistic and nonverbal, so we were dreading how his appointment would go, but we are truly blown away by the staff at Carthage Eye Associates. Portia, Joey, and Dr. Sara Ward were all so patient with him. They had plenty of tricks and tips to get him to complete the exams, and they were incredibly kind. Honestly, everyone we encountered was friendly and professional! Great service and I would highly recommend them to anyone with a special needs family member.
They are all so helpful and caring and do a thorough job.
