I have lived here for a little more than a year now and am moving out at the end of June. If it weren't for the fact that my employment was an hour drive from there..i could see me living here for years to come. The office staff is wonderful to deal with and very easy going. I've had several issues and each time...they treated me with respect and resolved every issue with professionalism. Cheap lot rent, but only move in if you're prepared to maintain your lawn 24/7. I've gotten notices to mow my lawn only 2 days after having cut the grass. I suppose they try to keep it nice, but in my opinion, and the opinion of several other tenants, they are way too up tight about the lawn. Very strict rules to living here. They also only leave notices, they won't actually talk to you about the problem. I've had the door open and been sitting in view and they've just stuck a notice to the door and moved on.
