Unprofessional and did not provide proceeds of the sale.
When asked what could be improved, EVERYTHING!!! Rude, inconsiderate, forgetful. Nothing turned out as promised! Retire as you indicated to us that you were going to do! You have lost your touch. Everything stated in the first two reviews below proved to be true. We had over 20 people attend and all but one left without purchasing anything after being insulted. Everyone commented on how negative Pat was to her employees. At 1:00pm she commented to a close friend of ours that "I can not wait until this is over!"
Biggest rip-off company I have ever seen. We live in Ohio the estate sale was in Pittsburgh. No accounting of what they sold or what they sold it for. She is a scum bag
Was going to use this company glad I didn't. She told me my parents Estate was going to only be a 3000 dollar sale , without even looking things up. And wanted a large amount of money on top of it all. Ended up finding someone else and did very well , without even paying anything extra and did double what she told us!

Doesn't operate like other estate sale sellers. Items overpriced and trying to negotiate on pricing is pretty futile. Patricia was very condescending and items over $100 were not half priced later in the day. Patricia said she already had a buyer to take all the stuff at the end of the day, so it pretty much is a situation where items sell at Golden's prices or to a mass buyer at the end of the day.
