In an industry where it feels like most shops are out to get you, I am so happy to report that Golden Empire Collision isn't one of those ones! I've brought my car here for repairs on two seperate occasions (an ICBC claim last year and then just last week for a private repair) and both times the repairs were impeccable! Honest, accurate and with zero surprises. I really hope people stop crashing into my car lol but if they don't at least I know I can rely on these guys!

This guys gave me price and order the part, they made me wait week , when I dropped it off they called one hour after and said they can not repair it anymore and returned it by saying we want more money….. stay away
I found the owner and his mechanic to be honest, respectful and caring. I got my malibu serviced and the cost was at an amazing price. The mechanic even stayed after hours just to get my car fixed for me. I was never up charged and I genuinely felt they cared about my saftey. I had to go back for an issue and the mechanic never closed shop until job was done. Overall, I would give 6 stars if I could. I have found my mechanic shop GOLDEN EMPIRE is the place to take your car.
