Very disappointing experience. Before driving over, I specifically asked if someone was available for a massage, and they told me yes. Based on that, I drove all the way there. When I arrived, the person who was supposed to take me was already working on another customer. If no one was actually available, they should have told me before I made the trip instead of saying yes and then taking another customer. This was a complete waste of my time and very unprofessional.
