I had a leak from The Tankless water heater connection. It took Ben four trips to finally be able to determine where it was because it was such a slow leak. Whenever we try to re-create it it was nearly impossible. The leak was finally found and repaired under warranty. I found Ben very reliable and great to work with.

Very responsive. Flexible with schedules. Reasonable price and hourly rate. Ben and Kathleen are very nice people. I especially liked the where’s my technician tracker. I have an older camper and the part that I needed was difficult to track down. They saw the job through until it was finished.
