We are so happy we chose Golden Eagle Pools to maintain our pool. I am overly impressed by the communication and quality of service provided to us. The techs are extremely knowledgeable and patient with our questions and respectful of our property.
The monthly pool services started out really great. They have an app and send pictures after every service. I knew exactly when they have been out to take care of the chemicals in my pool. However, I asked them to assist with making some repairs to my pool equipment. It has been nothing but a headache since and I do not have a properly working pool. Communication was an issue. I have been using Golden Eagle pools for about 4-5 years now. Anna has been amazing and thorough at cleaning my pool weekly. She is always communicative and does a great job. I highly recommend her and the staff at Golden Eagle Pools.

Steven is such a pleasure to work with. He answers all questions and explains things fully and carefully. He services all aspects of the pool and keeps it clear and clean. He’s a great representative of Golden Eagle Pools. Maybe he should be the face of the company.
