The pickup crew was not professional, and wanted to charge more money for the kid. Bicycle 100.00 more he said we use all the room i pay for. Also Late Delivery, not on time from LA TO Raleigh most my boxes were damaged nothing was Missing
Steve and his team were great and did a good job on the move. They were always on time and friendly. The reason for the two stars is how bad the estimator was. The final bill came in 42% higher than the original estimate. Ironically, the moving team told me that would happen. It seems to be the common business practice for this company.
