This company provided the third party transit service from our hotel in New Jersey through to Times Square in NYC. We used the service twice back in June whilst on vacation in the Big Apple. The elderly gentleman driving the shuttle provided an exciting 45 minute ride into town from North Bergen, New Jersey. He clearly had the special skills of driving in this city, cutting other drivers up the whole time, and on one occasion arguing with a lady traffic cop... He left us and did not want to return to pick us up even though we had paid him. Extremely rude on your part. We will not take the service again. Appalling!!!
